The open living area where you'll notice the comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace , flat screen TV. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. You'll find a downstairs bathroom with shower adjacent to the living room. The Master suite upstairs features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, Air conditioner and private full bathroom tub/shower combination.
Elk Meadow 18C will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The shared pool, hot tub and fire pit are closed for the season. With a private hot tub on the deck or during the summer months the pool is right outside your door.
We supply all the linens, towels etc.. The kitchenet has full service including dinnerware, silverware, glassware, serving, prep and cooking utensils, storage ware, nice cookware, toaster, and coffee maker. Basic Staples are provided. Dish washer and an Electric range and microwave,
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.
