We will work with your guests as they arrive, during their stay, and the departure along with a notebook for the property that informs guests about the home and about their stay.. As they depart our Team of Professional Cleaners stand ready to prepare the property for the next guests. The property is checked before each guests arrival to ensure it is guest ready.
If a hot tub is present, it is serviced after each guests, handyman is available for any repairs needed.
Then we take care of sales tax, all accounting, supplies handled by you the owner or us, and you receive a check the first part of the following month…..all for one of the lowest fee % in the Estes Valley
