Celebration our 12 year anniversary in 2026. We look forward to another 12 years of managing Estes Park Vacation Rentals. Together with my daughter Samantha, I manage the operations of our business. In October 2022, we opened our new office to provide more space and deliver an even more personalized service. I am excited to meet you and help turn your vision of vacation rental ownership into reality.

The following is of our dream and why were are here today.
We are Rob and Renee McCauley. After traveling to Colorado when I was young, I promised myself I would someday live in the mountains. In 2009 that dream became a reality. Rob left the heat of Texas and move to the Estes Park area. Renee has grown up in the Denver area but moved to the Estes Valley area about 30 years ago. Having owned and managed rentals back home the management business has always been of interest. In 2014 an opportunity presented itself and Rocky Mountains Property Services was born. We started with grass roots providing housekeeping and cleaning services for vacation rentals.
Quickly we realized the need for a full service Management Company that wasn’t tied to an out of state franchise or someone who didn’t live in the Estes Valley. Rob’s background in rentals, facilities Management, and business ownership along with Renee’s background with cleaning services and managing a plumbing and heating company for over 10 years knowing most of the contractors and handymen in the valley it was a perfect fit. We understand the needs of owning a summer or vacation home and want to help you fill those needs ” Let us be your eyes while your away “. Rob passed away in the fall of 2022. My daughter Samantha joined the team to help manage the business. Samantha has worked in the Service industry since a teenager, she grew up in Estes Park. Working at the YMCA as the catering manager and special events coordinator.
We can customize from home watch to meeting deliveries to meeting contractors, etc. making sure there has been no break-ins, storm damage, wind damage, felled trees, broken pipes, the lists go on. We also offer full Short Term Rental management of your property preforming all tasks that are necessary to provide income from your property. We have over 25 years of experience providing services to property owners in the area and would look forward to working with you and your property.
