Secluded Pine Acres sits on 3 peaceful acres covered with abundant trees, only minutes to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. This 3000 square foot home with valulted cielings has an open floor concept with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The highlight of the house is the 3 season sun room with passive solar, perfect to enjoy some relaxing down time after a long day traveling.

The open kitchen space has 2 dining areas. A breakfast nook that seats 4 and a log dining table that seat 8. Enjoy 2 out door dining areas, hot tub that seats 6 and gas fire pit while cooking up burgers on the gas grill.
There are many games/activities for the family while staying at Pine Acres.

The main floor bedroom has a king bed while upstairs you will find the master bedroom with another king bed or the room across the hall with a queen bed. This home is stocked with a pack and play, baby gate and items for little ones. Though this home is not child proof.

We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing the home for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We are also stocking our condo with essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to the home and hosting your stay.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 20, 2025. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

"This property, is great. We had a plan to go into town to spot wildlife but quickly discovered it was not necessary. The animals came to us, right on the property; front, back sides, it didn't matter. There were elk, deer, rabbits, blue jays, wild turkeys AND a young brown bear. I kid you not. I have photos! :) My favorite place is the sunroom, where I slept like a baby when I napped. Right in the middle of everything and nowhere, at the same time. I like it that way. I parked in the garage, I REALLY liked that. I would NOT hesitate to rent this property again. VRBO 2023

"The house is terrific. It was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor space is great - deck, hot tub, yard games. It is in a great rural setting and conveniently located near Estes Park and RMNP. The hosts were easy to deal with and responsive to our emails. The self-check-in was easy and convenient. "The property is amazing, and cozy. Well equipped and clean. Saw some wildlife right out the back door. Location is perfect, not right in town, but so close. Group of 8 stayed comfortably, and everyone had privacy and together space. We loved it, and would love to come back.
