Spacious 3 bedroom ranch on pine tree covered acres

Mayor's Manor, This custom built home by Mayor Dannels is 2560 square feet. Built in 1950 the home has 3 stone wood burning fireplaces, hardwood floor in the living and bedrooms and flagstone floor in the kitchen, dinning and game room. Perfect for a get away. Close enough to town but you feel like your in the mountains on the 1.8 Acre setting.

Estes Park Premier home with open kitchen dinning and game room with moss rock fireplace and flagstone floors. The high light of this home is the Flagstone patio with wood burning fireplace, gas grill and ample outdoor dining and seating.

Less than 3 miles to town, close to trails and RMNP entrance. This home is private, quiet setting in a quite neighborhood. New Master on-suit with dressing area, 2 flat screen TV's one set up in the game room with an x-box . 3 separate work spaces/desks for the work from home or learn from home.

The master bedroom has a king bed and additional seating area with a large picture window facing a rock outcropping that is a favorite place for deer to spend their day.. A guest bedroom off the Livingroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the hall bath with a walk in shower. An additional guest bedroom sets across from the first. It is a large room with a king bed and desk space and a large picture window.

The large Livingroom has several seating areas and a wood burning fireplace and 3 large picture windows. The front door opens to a private flagstone deck with more seating and a picnic

We supply all the linens, towels etc. The baths have room for your toiletries. The kitchen has full service including dinnerware, silverware, glassware, serving, prep and cooking utensils, storage ware, nice cookware, toaster, crock pot and coffee maker. Basic Staples are provided. Dish washer and an Electric range and microwave, a washer/dryer with laundry supplies.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 20, 2025. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

"We are 2 retired couples who stayed for a week. We took 2 days to acclimate in Estes Park. Walked around the lake. Then had 4 timed entry passes to hike in RMNP. The home was spacious and fully equipped. Close to everything. We cooked in every night. Grill works great. Appreciated the Safeway cards. Quiet neighborhood with bull elk strolling through the yard. Highly recommend. VRBO 2023

"Location was perfect for excursions into RMNP every day. The house had everything we needed and we were quite comfortable during our stay. Our only disappointment was the inability to use the fireplace in the main living area where we watched TV/DVDs at the end of every day. We bought 3 bundles of wood and left them behind as the other working fireplace was in a room we didn't use. Overall it was a very nice stay! VRBO 2023

"Loved this vacation and home. Home is as listed. However, it is significantly larger then it appears. There is multiple areas in (and outside) the home to sit/visit with family. Great communication from property manager. They even reminded me to get our timed entry tickets for RMNP. Would stay here again! VRBO 2023

"This house is an ideal location close to town and a relaxing setup and layout for a group of 6-8 people. Loved the bathroom setup also. Plenty of room and comfy couch and furniture. Love how you have kept it up inside and made it livable and comfortable without going over the top. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and patio! Such a great setting close to everything. "We had a wonderful time at the property. It was very comfortable and provided everything you would need for your stay. The house provided easy access to town with a simple 5 minute drive. There was a walking path just down the street that would allow you venture all the way back to town if you wanted. We saw plenty of wildlife from both the front and back porches. "We had a group of six seniors and one young adult in town for the Estes Park Midsummer Festival. The house easily accommodated all of us for 4 days and is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The house was very clean and close to town. We saw deer in the yard every day. We had a great experience and would certainly stay here again.

"House was perfect for us. The host saved our trip by explaining the park’s entrance requirements. The town of Estes Park is adorable and lots of great food. We had lots of elk and deer sighting all over town. The house was very close to the entrance to the national park.

"We very much enjoyed the location and peaceful and quiet setting of this home. We had mule deer looking right in the window on more than one occasion! We enjoyed the nice big kitchen table for doing puzzles and playing games. The kitchen itself is a bit narrow, but was very well equipped. Overall and very pleasant stay in a beautiful location! "This spot couldn't have worked better for our little family. The kids had their own rooms and loved seeing mule deer in the yard in the morning! It was close enough to everything but remote enough for them to have plenty of room to stretch their legs and go exploring outside. Beautiful space, but now my son is insisting we get him his own recliner after he fell in love with the cozy green one. VRBO 3/19/22
